16:30 – 18:30

LIGHTNING ROUND:  Virtual infodesk and B2B matchmaking

Registrants will be encouraged to sign up to information sessions, 1:1 virtual meetings with potential project partners and a virtual “speed networking” session.

16:30 – 18:30

Virtual infodesk : Taking Up Your Questions

A panel of 3-4 EASME experts will take on specific questions and cases from participants to assist them with their planned expressions of interest. (1:1 meetings, booked)

A member of the BlueInvest Team will be present to take minutes, provide technical support and assistance with the follow-up post-event.

An FAQ will be developed after the session and posted on the participant portal.

16:30 – 18:30

Virtual Speed Networking Session

Using a virtual “speed networking” format, participants will have 10-minute conversations with other attendees who are relevant and interested in their profile. Participants must be registered with a complete networking profile for quality matching.

After each conversation, participants indicate electronically on the platform whether they would like a follow-up meeting. If both participants are interested, a virtual meeting is then arranged within the Converve platform, which will continue to be open from 25-27 November for 1:1 online meetings to take place.
